Prices

The conference fee is SEK 15 960. (Approx. 15.275 NKr, 10.575 DKK, €1,425 £1,250 US$1,550). Swedish VAT 25% is added to all sales, to a total cost of SEK 19 950.
All conference attendees are required to pay Swedish VAT according to EU Directive 2006/112/EC — Article 53.

Payment with invoice

You can choose to pay by invoice. All invoicing will be made in SEK, unless otherwise agreed. Invoice payment shall be made on the first occurring date of these two:
30 days from invoice date or
September 30, 2023.
An extra bank fee of SEK 200 will be added to invoices sent outside of Sweden.

Payment with credit card

Pay your conference fee securly with a Credit Card or Apple Pay in direct connection with your registration. Payment is handled by Stripe with bank standard secure encryption.

The registration email will contain a Stripe Payment link. Please follow the link to proceed with the payment. There is no extra charge when paying with credit card or Apple Pay.

All sales are final, except when the Swedish law Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen is applicable.

Registration

Registration is binding and personal. Registration can be transferred to other person after agreement. Registration is only valid if proof of payment can been verified.

Dates

The MacSysAdmin Conference will be held at Chalmers Conference Centre, Chalmersplatsen 1, Göteborg, Sweden
on October 3 - 6 2023.

What is included in the price

In addition to admittance to all sessions you will get lunch and coffee and soft drinks during breaks. All evening activities are free of charge for the attendees and include food (not all full dinner all evenings) and a couple of drinks, mainly sponsored by our exhibitors and sponsors.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made via email to MacSysAdmin AB, info@macsysadmin.se. When cancellation is accepted an email will be forwarded to the address used for cancellation.

Reimbursement

Cancellation on or before July 15, 2023 – 90% of the conference fee. Cancellation after July 15, 2023 but on or before August 30, 2023 – 50% of the conference fee. No reimbursement for cancellation made on and after September 1, 2023.

All registrations shall be made via the form above not later than September 15, 2023.
